1. Problem: Press the run button or remote control button of the quick door control box, the motor does not work and does not rotate. Causes and solutions:
(1) Motor failure, check whether the motor is faulty;
(2) The frequency command is not given or the frequency given is less than the starting frequency;
(3) The inverter is in a protection state, without resetting, reset first and then start;
(4) The peripheral wiring is wrong, check the peripheral wiring;
(5) The start button is faulty, the control line is disconnected, check the control line and button;
(6) The operation mode is set incorrectly. Check whether P102 is set to 1.
(7) The motor wires are not connected or missing, check the motor wires;
(8) The input terminal of the inverter is incorrectly defined and does not correspond to the peripheral wiring. Check the parameters of P315-P322;
(9) The inverter is faulty, check whether the inverter is faulty.
2. Problem: Overheating of fast door servo motor
Causes and solutions:
(1) The motor runs at a low speed, and the reduction ratio is improved to make the motor run at a higher speed.
(2) Insufficient voltage between phases of the motor, the switching action of the inverter will cause an impulse voltage between the windings of the motor unit, usually a large shock voltage will reach 3 times the input power voltage of the inverter, a dedicated motor is recommended;
(3) The motor insulation is lowered, replace the motor;
(4) The distance between the inverter and the motor is long. Please reduce the distance and install an AC reactor;
(5) The load is too large, the actual load has exceeded the rated torque of the motor, and the power or capacity of the motor should be increased;
(6) The ambient temperature is high. Please improve the ambient ventilation conditions and reduce the ambient temperature.
3. Problem: There are vibrations or abnormal noises in the fast rolling door machinery. Causes and solutions:
(1) If the machine is stuck or poorly lubricated, check the mechanical load;
(2) There is a resonance phenomenon in the machine. Adjust the carrier wave, change the reduction ratio, avoid the resonance frequency, and install vibration damping pads.
