The distance between the bottom rail and the wall should be 50mm, the rail joints should be aligned, and the auxiliary rail and L angle connection should be fixed with M8 carriage bolts and flange females. The L angle for fixing is made of porous angle iron. The fixing must be firm.

4. Set the torsion spring center bracket, nylon rubber ring, fixed flange, torsion spring that matches the weight of the door body, lock the flange, the sheave, and the bearing bracket on the central shaft tube in order (distinguish left and right sides). And pay attention to whether all parts are installed correctly.

5. Install the door panel. Find the first board. The bottom of this board has a square tube inside, and the door is also lined with iron. It is used to fix the anti-break device. Generally, the door is marked with a bottom or 1. After finding out, install the bottom seal on the groove of the bottom plate, prevent the knife from breaking on both sides, and fix it with M5.5 drill tail. The bottom seal is fixed with 5 rivets with a diameter of 5 mm. The door panel is tilted and the roller is installed. Press the anti-break knife slowly to make the blade edge on the track. Use a horizontal instrument to find the level. Level, start to install large hinges on both sides, and install door panels in order. Observe the connection gap on the front when fixing. After the fixing is completed, divide the middle hinges evenly.

6. Give the torsion spring a boost. Put one end of the wire rope loop on the bottom wheel on the hook shaft of the bottom wheel bracket, and apply force to the torsion spring according to the specified tightening table. Do not exceed or lower than the specified number of turns by half a turn. The other end is hung on the reel, tighten the wire rope, lock the reel, then lock the locking flange, and remove the pinned steel rod.
